John B. Sondah Memorial Christian School offers a truly different experience for students. Too many schools are places where students learn what they “can’t” do. But our school is a place where, on a daily basis, students have the opportunity to learn and discover that they can.
Students know that they are fundamentally capable of taking on the world as optimistic and resilient 21st century global citizens and leaders.

Philosphy/Objective
The John B. Sondah Memorial Christian School is an institution focused on
developing Christ-centered learners with passion to blend their faith with
learning. As a result, the school’s curriculum integrates the Bible in every
subject taught to achieve this philosophy. With this purpose, we are
committed to helping every child maximize his/her fullest potential.
History
Upon his demise in 2018, the late John B. Sondah, an astute educator vision of building strong and high quality foundational education that is biblically sound for children and developing early readers and writers in an impoverished country like Liberia turn to a school by his wife and four (4) children.
They championed this dream by turning it into the John B. Sondah Memorial Christian School. With the goal to see their late father and husband dream come true, the school opened its door to it first set of students in October 2022.

Dear Parents,
Congratulations and welcome to the John B. Sondah Memorial Christian
School Family!
We started John B. Sondah Memorial Christian School because we wanted
to offer a school that is different. School in which young people would
grow up to shape the world and not just work in it.
This is seen in our
philosophy and purpose, vision, and mission statements below.
PHILOSOPHY AND PURPOSE
The John B. Sondah Memorial Christian School is an institution focused on
developing Christ-centered learners with passion to blend their faith with
learning. As a result, the school’s curriculum integrates the Bible in every
subject taught to achieve this philosophy. With this purpose, we are
committed to helping every child maximize his/her fullest potential.
Our Classes are scheduled to meet the comfort of our Instructors and our students
Our Institution is legally recognized by the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Liberia.
Our students have performed well in Public Examinations and Local Exams.
